Refund and Returns Policy for ORASOPIC

At ORASOPIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and refunds in accordance with this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your product

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact us at info@orasopic.com or call 307-621-0431 with the following details:

  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. We will provide an exchange of the same value, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

8. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and customs fees may apply.
